£90.00 (If you choose the 3 month package, you will need an initial consultation but this will be deduced from the 3 month programme fee) Normally 1 hour - 1hour 15mins

Following your appointment you will recieve my recommendations which will including recipes (depending on needs) lifestyle management suggestions, supplements recommendations and bio-regulatory therapy may also be suggested (not included in the fee). Functional testing is not normally suggested before your visit but may be suggested at a later time if needed. Nothing should be daunting when making dietary and lifestyle changes, small transitional steps can make lasting changes.

Payments are due 24 hours before the session, any missed appointments that do not give 24 hours notice of change or cancellation will be charged for.
